The annual Tiger Caravan is a great opportunity for fans to meet their favorite players, and for players to learn about Detroit and some of its highlights. Once again, the GM Heritage Center was one of the stops on the caravan. At the Heritage Center, almost 25 players and team personnel had the opportunity to tour, and new players, like Justin Upton, had the chance to see and experience much of the automotive heritage that has made Detroit famous. They also met Gabe Mio, 18, and Andrew Brunell, 16. As part of the Make-A-Wish program, both boys and their families had a private opportunity to meet their favorite Tigers and were presented with personalized jerseys. Both boys love cars and baseball, so it was a perfect place for them to be!
