Once again, the Heritage Center became a destination spot for many enthusiasts the week prior to the Woodward Dream Cruise. Corvettes on Woodward, a non-profit organization that combines the enthusiasm for all things Corvette and the needs of a local food pantry, came to the Heritage Center and was joined by Harlan Charles, product manager for the Corvette program. Charles brought along a ZR-1, and was happy to share information about the newest Corvettes. The Heritage Center served as a backdrop for local media, too, which tapped the experts here for their coverage of the Cruise! For the first time, the Heritage Center also hosted members of the Professional Car Association. This group of enthusiasts is dedicated to the restoration and preservation of ambulances, police cars, fire trucks and hearses. What a fun week at the HC!
